Payment data (card number, Mobile Money account) is entered directly with our payment provider SasPay: Souverainia never has access to it.
Recipients and providers
Data is never sold or rented. It is only shared with the providers needed to run the website:
- SasPay: payment;
- Render (servers in Frankfurt, Germany): website hosting;
- Neon (servers in Frankfurt, Germany): database;
- Google (Gmail): sending confirmation emails;
- Cloudflare: domain name and receiving emails sent to contact@souverainia.app.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own rules.
Retention
- Orders: 10 years, the retention period for accounting records.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Language preference: 1 year.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only uses:
- a "lang" cookie that remembers the chosen language;
- the browser's local storage, which keeps your cart on your device;
- a session cookie reserved for the website's administration.
Your rights
Under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data (and, for residents of the European Union, the GDPR), you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to contact@souverainia.app: you will receive an answer within 30 days.
You may also contact ARTCI (Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire), the personal data protection authority.
Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). PDF files can only be accessed through a personal link, after a confirmed payment.
