1. Purpose
These terms of sale apply to every order placed on souverainia.app with Cabinet Global Services Plus (Souverainia brand), Ferkessédougou, Côte d'Ivoire. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The website offers the books of Konan Kalou:
- as digital editions (PDF / Ebook), downloadable immediately after payment;
- as print editions (paperback, hardcover), delivered physically together with a free PDF edition.
Each product page describes the book's content, format and price.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), euros or US dollars, including any applicable taxes. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed; it is checked again by the website at payment and cannot be changed by the buyer.
A discount applies automatically when buying the Collection, under the conditions shown on the website.
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed once payment is complete. Payment is processed by our secure provider SasPay, by Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Moov depending on the country) or by card (Visa, Mastercard). Souverainia never has access to card numbers or Mobile Money codes.
A confirmation email is sent to the address given with the order.
5. Delivery of digital books
As soon as payment is confirmed, the PDFs are:
- available for download on the order confirmation page;
- attached to the confirmation email (within the size limits of email services), together with permanent download links.
The buyer is responsible for giving a valid email address and keeping this email. If there is any difficulty, contact@souverainia.app will resend the links on request.
6. Delivery of print books
Print books are shipped to the address given with the order. The free PDF edition is available immediately.
- Delivery time: about 2 weeks after the order. This is an estimate and may vary with the destination.
- Delivery costs: they are not included in the book price and depend on the country and the delivery location. The buyer is contacted by phone or email after the order; the delivery cost is then confirmed and must be paid before shipping.
- If the buyer declines the delivery cost: they may collect the book free of charge in Ferkessédougou, or have the print book refunded, minus the price of the PDF edition they keep.
Any damaged parcel must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo: the book is then replaced.
7. No right of withdrawal and no refunds
Digital books are content supplied immediately after payment. By confirming the order, the buyer expressly requests immediate supply and waives any right of withdrawal. Purchases of digital books are therefore not returnable, exchangeable or refundable, including for buyers living in the European Union (article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
The only exception: if a file is defective or cannot be opened, Souverainia supplies a new file; if the problem cannot be solved, the order concerned is refunded.
Print books delivered in good condition are not returnable or refundable.
8. Rights of use
Buying a book grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Copying, sharing, reselling, posting online or distributing the files, in whole or in part, free of charge or for payment, is prohibited. The printable worksheets may be printed for the buyer's personal use.
Institutions, cooperatives and local governments that wish to use a book with several people must request group pricing from contact@souverainia.app.
9. Liability
The books offer methods for personal and collective transformation. Putting them into practice is the buyer's sole responsibility; they do not replace medical, legal or financial advice.
10. Personal data
The information collected with the order is used to process it and deliver the books. How it is processed is described in the privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire, in particular law no. 2013-546 of 30 July 2013 on electronic transactions. In the event of a dispute, the buyer is invited to write first to contact@souverainia.app to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Côte d'Ivoire will have jurisdiction.
